The platform allows you to create an RSVP form for your event and share it using a short link. Sign Up for the services is free and one can opt to use the free version of the services or a one time premium tier of $7.

In order to contract with RSVP.link you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. RSVP.link retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When creating an RSVP form, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used. All prices advertised are subject to changes.
Users are also allowed to collect data from other users using our platform however, they are bound to be compliant with our privacy policy.
All of your intellectual property rights in your Content remain yours. No part of your Content is considered to be ours. Except for the restricted license set forth in these Terms, nothing in these Terms grants us any rights or licenses with respect to your Content.
You give RSVP.link a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, and otherwise exploit your Content, but only as permitted by the RSVP.link privacy notices and only for the specific goals of delivering and enhancing the Services. Even after you cease using our Services, this license for those specific limited uses remains in effect with regard to any leftover backup copies of your Content created as part of RSVP.link's regular business operations and any aggregate and de-identified data derived from your Content (subject to our retention policies). To the extent essential to deliver and enhance the Services, this license also applies to any dependable third parties we collaborate with.
